1. Booking & Reservations

Reservations submitted through Viva Egypt Tours are subject to confirmation by our travel consultants based on availability. An initial custom proposal with complete itinerary details, inclusions, and transparent pricing will be delivered prior to final confirmation.

2. Price Guarantee & Inclusions

All quoted tour prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Our packages transparently delineate all inclusions (e.g. licensed Egyptologist guide, air-conditioned transport, entrance tickets, hotel nights, domestic flights).

No hidden operational or booking fees will ever be applied to confirmed bookings.

3. Amendments & Flexibility

We understand that travel plans can evolve. Custom itineraries can be adjusted before departure in consultation with your designated Egyptologist travel planner. We endeavor to accommodate schedule changes smoothly and without punitive fees whenever possible.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance, valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from date of entry), and necessary Egyptian entry visas. Viva Egypt Tours provides complete visa assistance guidance for all nationalities.
